I visited the page http://canon.submissionstatus.com/contactus.aspx where I could send them my questions and complaints, it's a huge form asking for lot of personal data (and not encrypted), when you finally fill everything, it throws an exception on the server side, see picture:
I sent a mail to canon at random addresses I have found using google, hope to get answer.
And do I need that money? Yes and no, but they convinced me to buy with this promotion and I can wait but that 'contactus' page makes me too much upset.
UPDATE: Seems that canon outsources the whole process of payback, but it is not an excuse! My favourite page is http://submissionstatus.com/faq.aspx where they write how long it will take and other excuses why they are so slow...
"If I have a question about anything I see about my submission status, can I contact someone by e-mail?
Yes. There is a function on the site where you can fill in your details and send us an e-mail. We will respond to your question within 48 hours. "

UPDATE2: I wrote to canon, I just got an automated reply that within two weeks I'll got reply, great. Few days later I got a mail that the money is on the way, yeah :) The next week I got it. I did not check again the contact page if they made a bugfix, but I don't care now. Cashback is just selling as much as possible before prices drop dramatically.
